So far, no go

I may change my mind on the scanner once it's up and running. It was DOA. Not a good sign.

Firstly, I have a V700, NOT a V750. Just received it today. Very easy setup. Beautiful photo scan. Hope it continues.

Brand New out of box, Made a loud noise when turned on. I called epson support and they are sending a new one, Not very pleased to say the least!!!!!! This scanner did not work out of box!!!!!

Broke my laptop

The software sucked out all 4.5 hours that was on my battery. Now I have to keep my laptop plugged in. The scanner is only 30 days old. They will not refund me. They will not replace my laptop. The laptop is only 3 years old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
