Computer board bad

Within one week it was non working - bad computer board. Loved the product initially so perhaps this was an exception to the rule.

Cooks Quickly!

I enjoy this microwave and it's quick-cooking abilities. It is hard to keep clean, like most stainless steel appliances, but the performance is superb.
The only issue I have had with this microwave is that I was microwaving a bag of popcorn and I forgot to take out the metal stand. Well, as the popcorn expanded, it pushed the metal stand off its rubber feet and one corner of the stand/rack created sparks in the microwave.
Thankfully, I was standing there and took it out quickly. However, I think it might have caught on fire if I had not been right there. Lesson learned on my part: take out the metal stand for larger items.

I bought this as a replacement for the over the range that was built in the house when I bought it. It fit perfectly. The only problem, you can only use 100% power versus the 50% or 75% that are sometimes needed.

We bought this model to replace our 10 year old GE Profile that we really liked. This one works just fine for our purposes. We mostly just reheat, cook microwave packaged veggies etc. The only thing I don't like is the control printing is WAY TOO SMALL. Very difficult to read.

Easy install. Replaced an older built-in GE model and this new one slipped right into the same spot, same bolt holes etc. thx for keeping things simple!
