Not the same quality as in the past

I recently purchased the JVM6172SFSS Microwave Oven because I had GE Performance Profile appliances at my previous residence and loved them but I have had one issue after another with this appliance.
First, the original GE Microwave Oven was delivered with the back of the unit completely dented in so it had to be sent back and a replacement unit ordered.
The replacement Microwave Oven was delivered and installed and when I peeled off the protective plastic coating, I discovered a 1/2" long scratch in the front of the handle so a new replacement handle had to be ordered.
Now, the Microwave Oven is making a noise which is coming from the turntable because the noise stops when I turn off the "Turntable" button so now I will have to have yet another service call on that issue and will have to miss several more hours of work to deal with this latest problem.
I am disappointed with the quality of this product and would be reluctant to recommend it to others at this time. I also ordered a new GE Profile Clean Design Range at the same time, which did come in okay and thus far, has not had any issues so maybe I just have a "lemon" Microwave Oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was looking for a new microwave that looked nice as well as performed well and that was a good quality at a good price. After comparing a number of products I chose my GE Microwave and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice.

After 60 days quit working... junk!! Our first GE would start on it's own after only a couple of years old...junk!!!
