We had to replace our other GE microwave and decided to go with a less expensive model. This meets all our needs at a lower price.

I PURCHASED THE NEW MICROWAVE ONLY BECAUSE THE HANDLE BROKE ON THE OLD ONE. AND I REPEAT THE OLD ONE, WE HAD IT FOR 23 YEARS AND THAT WAS THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WITH IT. OH, BY THE WAY IT WAS ALSO A GE MICROWAVE. THEY ARE MADE TO LAST AND THAT'S WHY I PURCHASED ANOTHER GE.

I had to replace an old microwave...The new one had to fit in with the recent renovation of my kitchen - had to fit above the stove and within the confines of the cabinets. GE met all the criteria! Works like a charm too.

Solid microwave and looks good. A sticker on the inside saying what number each feature needs for the feature buttons would make it five star. Right now you have to look at the manual.
