Life Span 1 year 2 months! Not acceptable!

Everyhing still works except the turntable does not move and will not heat anything. It sounds like it is working but no heat. I is only 1 year and 2months old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good, basic, over-counter microwave...

Our previous model was replaced under warranty with this one. It has the same features as the earlier model... minus the interior rack. It has performed well... mostly used for heating food and drinks.

I don't really use a microwave that much but this one is great for the things I do use if for. I have to honestly say that all of the products I have rated came with the house.

I bought this microwave as a replacement for a similar one I had had for 5 1/2 years. This one seems to have more built in durability, especially in the handle and key pad areas.
