The gentlemen that installed the microwave were very professional. They had the old one off and the new one installed and were out the door in about 15 minutes. They knew what they were doing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product installation was easy and the design look is nice. The microwave has very good features and works well. There was a manufacturing defect that affects the visual appearance but not the function of the microwave. GE resolved the defect quickly.
