Good over the range microwave. Handle could be redesigned so they no break so easy and should be much cheaper.

Good microwave but to replace the handle is $$$

I've had the microwave since 2015. (It came with the house) it does a good job of venting heat and moisture.i have not had any issues with it. Worked perfectly until one day the handle broke and it's been tough finding a replacement handle. Does anyone know if the JVM3160RFSS is a direct replacement of this model?

Our GE over the range microwave is a work horse that gets used several times daily. The best thing is your appliance is up and off the counter, which is great for a small kitchen like ours. The oven is very powerful and heats food quickly. It's easy to clean and noice looking. It also has a vent fan and light. In closing we have been very happy with GE microwaves since this is our second one, the first lasted 18 years!
