Worst purchase ever

I've had it for one week and sometimes it works but sometimes not. I will put food in for 10 minutes on high as instructed and it comes out as cold as it went in
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Microwave for the money

This is a good product. The door latching mechanism sounds and feels a little chintzy, however, it works good and latches properly. We'll see how it holds up over time.
