Things that bug me:
phone screen blackens before I'm finished with that window.
volume on ear piece when on phone is not loud enough and those on the other end complain about not hearing me clearly...though that might be a reception issue.
battery life
Pros: clear and bright screen, fast connections, ease of use, quality for money
Cons: short battery life, phone screen closes too quickly, volume needs to be higher

Got this phone 2 months ago . so far it's been good . At first , I thought it was confusing . it'll take about 2-3 days to master the phone. I like how it tells you when your phone needs to get charged . I usually go on apps, and it kills , my battery fast . I charge it usually 2 or 3 times a day . like I said, I use it like 24/7 . the keyboard is one nice thing to have , if you're a turbo texter like me . the keyboard has a nice feel to it . when I slide the keyboard however , it sometimes get stuck . the touchscreen is good and is hardly glitchy . I hate how the touchscreen keypad, doesn't have auto correct . but, I love using the swype keypad . sometimes, the phone glitches . but when it glitches, it glitches for about 2 days . I like this phone . it's my first smart phone . I think anyone would have fun and would be able to use this phone .
Cons: battery life, glitchy, freezes

Great phone overall

I've owned this phone for almost a year now, and it works perfectly for me. I've dropped it countless amounts of times and so far my screen hasn't cracked(with screen protective sticker) there's only a couple of chips at the corners, but it still functions perfectly fine. Sometimes the battery drains really fast though, but after a restart everything is back to normal. The battery normally lasts for a whole day and I am always using data or wifi. Its really hard to find cases for this model, I got a case but it was bulky and awkward, making it hard to slide the keyboard out and press buttons. But this is a great phone, the Android system isn't too bad, if you are a heavy texter the keyboard will be great, otherwise there isn't much use for it. Great phone!!
Pros: fast, smartphone, easy to use, keyboard, touchscreen
Cons: very little cases for this model, battery drains occationally

My favorite phone

The Samsung captivate glide is by far my favorite phone. I prefer the physical sliding qwerty keyboard. The phone has everything I want, android, the keyboard, touchscreen, and enough internal memory so I can download whatever I want. I am very happy with it. It also has front and rear camera. If you get this phone, I don't think you will be disappointed.

i like this phone but it likes to freeze and my battery dies fast if u use it alot so i dont reccoment this phone if u are a frequent texter.
Pros: tools, menus, games, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, good for texting
Cons: battery life, freezes

love this phone. i only use samsung as it rarely ever has problems. This phone works great, its fast light fits perfect in your hand. so far i have no problems at all never got hung up doesnt freeze the key board is a good feature however they should have raised the keys just a little bit, but if you use it enough you get used to it. i would buy it again and again
