BETTER PRODUTS AND FEATURES MORE DESIGNABLE THE WAY THE DISPLAY SITUPS AND THE BATTERIES ARE DURAL EASY TO USE CLEAR CAMERA VIDEO NICE GAMES SPEAKERS LOUD AND CLEAR MENUS EASY TO FOLLOW JUST NEEDS A LITTLE MORE VOLUME

The phone is easy to use, but the screen blacks out and cannot be turned back on with the button to turn the screen back on. This creates a problem when on a phone call because I can't access the keyboard, or any function until the call is hung up.
Pros: tools, camera/video quality, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life, freezes, screen times out during call and stays black
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This phone is great. The sound is awesome when your listening to whatever. The resolution is very good and the camera takes excellent pics. Battery life is average for these kind of phones. I use the phone alot so the battery life cannot keep up.
Pros: tools, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life

I received this phone for a birthday present last year and loved it. After 2 months, the home button and the search button quit working. Several of my friends actually had this phone and they all had been cracked in the same place. This phone breaks very easily. Also, the battery life isn't very long at all. You will also have moments where your phone decides to shut off without any notice. Turning it on is awful, as well. It took anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to turn completely on, and even then it had to auto program each time. I DO NOT recommend this phone to anyone.
Pros: good size
Cons: everything else doesn't work for me
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The main complaint I have is the battery. The camera and video is really good and I enjoy the apps availble on this device. It is really good for texting on screen or with the key broad. I would not get a phone that was not Wi-Fi capable. I have had my phone freeze up once but I have only had it a little over a month and hope that will be the only time.
Pros: menus, games, camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life, software bugs, freezes

Before purchasing this I had an iphone. I was told not to get rid of the iphone id regret it. I'm so glad I didn't listen. I love the samsung! It does so much easily with so many features and options! My husband is excited for his contract to be up to also get one. The camera on this phone is awesome. I use.it daily and the zoom/crisp pictures is just as good as my digital camera. Def recomend

This phone is great, but it has it's flaws

this phone is great. everybody keeps on saying that the keyboard is flushed, which is true, but its not flushed so that you cant type with the slide out keyboard. sometimes when you press the "e" key on the keyboard, it goes to email, which is reallly annoying if you are an avid texter like me. it is a good phone and now when you get it, it has been upgraded to android 2.3.5 which is really good. i like it and i think u will 2. the battery also dies quickly
Pros: good screen
Cons: bad battery life
