I love this phone completely everything about it is wonderful easy to use features are good battery life is good ........ i use to be a nun tech head but now i love phones thanks to the samsung captivate glide
Pros: tools, menus, games, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life, freezes

i love this phone for many reasons like the sliding keyboard. i got tiered of using the touchscreen keyboard. on my old iphone. I also like that the camera is eight mp. its also an easy to use phone.
Pros: tools, menus, camera/video quality, speaker, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: durability

Great 4G phone with slide out keypad to boot

The most striking aspect of the phone is its speed, especially noticeable when you upgrade from a 3G phone. This is followed by the well designed slide out backlit keyboard, which many of my friends who owned Android phones, couldn't even guess that it was there, until I pulled it out, and showed it to them to their amazement. Samsung has done a great job, for guys like me who simply aren't satisfied with touch screen typing, by offering both keyboard typing features. Battery however, lasts just about 20 hrs with a single full charge and normal use, which is fine by me as I plug it in every night while hitting the bed. Screen size with 4.0" Super AMOLED is large enough to view pics, play games, read text, much better than in an iphone. Got 8MP camera for photo and video shoots, and great app from Google Play to customize your capture and recordings. The memory is expandable too. The only design feature I didn't like is that the playback speakers are on the back of the phone, so if you keep the phone down on a table or on soft surface, the sound gets muffled. Apart from that, the phone looks good and delivers great performance. It's got VPN and ExchangeSync for business work and mail. Did I say the price is absolutely great,as well!

Great Phone To Have

I have had this samsung Captivate phone for about 3 weeks now & love it. Have had no problems so far, I only use it when need to. I don't spend time talking on phone much. Sometimes I do text more than talking on phone. It has not froze ect. Like some people say they do, I believe they may have spent more time useing it everyday for this to happen. No problem with battery life. It has lasted me 3 to 4 days before charging again. I love texting ! Keyboard letters are bigger & are easier to read when texting. I strongly recommend this phone as to why I gave it 5 Stars !!!

Worth more than what you pay!

This phone is very easy once you learn how to use it! I couldn't use a phone without a keyboard so this phone was perfect! The display is very nice and clear and the picture are great. It's easy to get addicted. I wish this phone had a bigger memory but the good this is you can use sd cards! I personally think this phone is just as good as an Iphone but in my opinon better because it is bigger and too me not so flimsy! If you a heavy texter this phone's keyboard is Amazing! I would definetly recommond this phone!

I bought this device to replace my Blackberry Torch. I really like the keyboad and the ease of use. The apps are great and the display is brilliant. I recommend this device for anyone who really wants a keyboard, but also wants the android features and is transitioning from a Blackberry.

I had been wanting the iphone 4s, but once I got so fiddle around with the Captivate Glide, I knew this phone was PERFECT for me. I love the touch screen and the capability of using a slide out keyboard. I absolutely LOVE this phone!!! I cant complain about anything on it :)
