The android os is fairly easy to use, once you get use to it. I will be purchasing another android phone in Sept. The phone is very nice. I wanted a qwerty keyboard phone and I was happy with it.
Of course the phone crashes and freezes just like any other phone. I did however have to purchase a new battery due to the other getting swollen because of humidity. Battery life is not all that great, especially since I do go on the internet a lot.
The Ice cream sandwich update (4.0.4) took a couple of months to get. That was kind of annoying.
I have dropped the phone a couple of times and the touch screen looks brand new. Only thing that happened was the top case broke off.
Pros: qwerty keyboard, good size, easy to use os, good camera, durable for a touch screen, nice display, awesome apps
Cons: battery life, took a while to get the ice cream sandwich update, few cases for the phone, freezes ocassionally, stock memory fills up pretty quick, must buy additional memory card for more space
I would recommend this to a friend!

I liked this phone very much the only problem with it, is that if you use it a lot the battery wont last which is like every smartphone out there now. I dropped it a couple times on concrete and it didn't break only a few scratches.
Pros: bright, durable, inexspensive, keyboard
Cons: battery

strong start, terrible finish

Great phone to start, but now the lock screen button apparently "sticks" but still has full range of motion. Meaning that the phone resets itself when it chooses. Also the battery doesn't sit completely flush, and when dropped in my pocket, resets itself. Otherwise the phone functions are pretty good. After a while using the keyboard, certain letters such as "E" will bring up email, in which case you have to reset the phone. (kind of annoying because nearly every word you type will almost always have an E)
