Exactly what I needed

I text, talk, and surf all the time. The battery life is great, I use it all day and only need to charge it at the end of the day, before I go to bed. I've had this phone two years, and it still works like new. The only thing I have a complaint about is that the battery life is starting to fade, and it occasionally freezes. The battery, however, can be replaced.
Pros: camera/video quality, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, durable, good for texting
Cons: freezes
I would recommend this to a friend!

After having this phone for about a year its just horrible. Always freezing, it takes long to load things, so many glitches, the software needs a major upgrade. I've also had to get it replaced a couple months ago because it crashed and could not come on all it did was flash the Samsung logo. And if I was able to get it back on it crashed again. Also at one point if I called someone after I hung up it kept calling that person back 10 times on stop and I could not stop it.
Pros: menus, camera/video quality, battery life, ease of use
Cons: volume level, operating system, software bugs, freezes, glitches, cant see half the screen, crashing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great phone!

I got this phone a year ago. Very light. Great screen. Thin. It was a little buggy until I upgraded it to Android 2.3 off the Samsung website. I think it's the best single core cpu android phone at the time it was released. If you kill your running apps through the task manager, you could get 14 hours on a single charge. I'm kind of a tech geek, so I'm always looking for the next big thing. My wife on the other hand loves it and doesn't want to upgrade hers. Overall, very happy with the phone.
Pros: menus, camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life, volume level
I would recommend this to a friend!

Okay phone for those who do not do alot of social networking and who do not download alot of apps

It is and okay phone for those who do not do alot of social networking and those who do not download alot of apps. Although it has a great storage capacity, it only has about 450MB of ram, which is not very helpful for people who use alot of apps and do alot of social networking. Also, the battery gets consumed very quickly when using wifi. It is also not compatible with skype, twitter, and Facebook Pages Manager. It will freeze easily if too many social networking apps are installed.
Pros: tools, camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable, good for texting
Cons: battery life, volume level, operating system, freezes, not capatible with skype, not capatible with twitter, not capatible with facebook pages manager
