Not happy with the phone at all. I have had nothing but problems with the phone since I got it. Which was only two days ago.
Cons: battery life, volume level, small keys, freezes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Samsung (SGH-I 979) Infuse 4G is a great phone for the tech savvy MIT grad.
I took me two years to learn what I know about the Iphone 3. And that was not much. I figure it will take two years to get up to speed on the Infuse.

Cons: battery life, limited memory, operating system, software bugs

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PHONE...I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT...NO COMPLAINS WHATSOEVER...FOR ME IT'S BETTER THAN ANY OTHER SMARTPHONES OUT THERE...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT...SO, GO GET ONE FOR YOURSELF AND SEE!!!!!!

the first one i got would app-crash all of the time from the moment i turned it on (before installing any apps). i got a replacement and still have random reboots and hardware problems with the usb charging port
Pros: camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use
Cons: software bugs, durability

I AM IN LIKE AWWW WITH THIS ...PROUD OWNER FOR THE LAST 2 DAYS ...I HAD UPGRADED TO THE ATRIX FROM THE IMPRESSION ALMOST A MONTH AGO N I WAS OK WITH IT ..BUT AS DAYS WENT BY I BECAME MORE N MORE SKEPTICAL ABOUT IT...TO MANY GLITCHES STILL NEED TO BE FIXED ON IT ..ANYWAY,I RESEARCHED PHONES N KEPT COMING BACK TO THIS ONE ...N OMG AM I SO HAPPY I SWITCHED BEFORE BEING STUCK WITH THAT ATRIX..THIS PHONE IS AMAZING AN ALMOST IDENTICAL TO MY IMPRESSION BUT BIGGER BETTER N SO UPDATED.LOL I LOVE IT N I AM SO HAPPY I MADE THE CHANGE ..DONT HESITATE !!!

The picture is the best, its clear like a television. Its a little tricky to use and sorta difficult but i just went back to my at&t guy and he showed me some tricks. still havent gotten to use the front facing video im not sure how.
Pros: tools, menus, games, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, good for texting
Cons: battery life, poor navigation, volume level, limited memory, durability, low quality speakers

it's a great phone but the battery life isn't the best but the features are great the display is awesome!!
and other thing the GPS is really bad!!

Freezes and Alarm Snooze Doesn't Work

I thought this phone was the greatest thing and after 6 months it started crashing ans randomly rebooting. I also noticed the snooze doesnt' work on the alarm well sometimes it does and 90% of the time it doesn't. Final issue that has me fed up, it doesn't ring anymore.
Pros: camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use
Cons: battery life, freezes
