This product is a great phone i love it...

My only issue with this phone is the first time you drop it on concrete it shatters the screen... other then that i love the phone.
Pros: games, camera/video quality, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life, volume level, freezes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great phone for anyone wid big hands

This is my first smartphone and I done my research and also played wid the phone in the store before I got it I have had no problems at all wid it my fincee has the same phone and she has no problems wid the phone. If u r always on ur phone u will next to charge it durin the day and at nite. I love this phone best phone I have ever had. And if u have big hands or long hands this phone is perfect for u.
Pros: tools, menus, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting, games, camera/video quality, speaker, durable
Cons: battery life

I am a new customer to att so far so good. Customer service is real good. I have the Samsung Infuse 4G love the phone! Great display!
Pros: games, camera/video quality, good for texting
Cons: battery life

Return twice!!!

I got this phone for bday back in october, its now February and i replaced the phone twice already. The phone had no water damage or any other damages to it. the first problem was that i would call someone or someone would call me i could answer but i could not hang up with the person.The screen would turn completely black and i couldn't turn on the screen again. I would have to take the battery out and put it back in. so annoying! Now with a replacement my camera does not work! so genius me i thought by using the camera through messaging like an attachment to use the camera. now i just messed my messaging. now when i click on my messaging it stays completely black like the camera application. So now i am with out a camera and messaging. I Hate this phone, it is ruining my social life!
Cons: battery life, poor navigation, operating system, freezes, camera freezes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality of sound when speaking

Well, I am new into the smart phones and the sales person at the store assure me that this phone was the best on the marker. In addition they made a comparison that this phone was better than the I phone which I never had one do I beloved them and I bought. I was very happy with my new phone ; I even bought accessories, I was ready happy with screen and picture clarity and In addition I love the GPS feature.
Not even a month went by and I was getting frustrated with speak clarity and reception and it was not because I did not have reception , this process happen several times and it was frustrating so several days before my grace period expired I decided to get the latest technology so now I got a I phone. Well as of right now I am satisfy with wot I have because I get to do a lot with one piece of technogy. I would not recommend the Samsung infusion due touch of speach clarity.

This SHOULD be on sale....

Heck, it should be on clearance. There has been 0 (ZERO) support for it from Samsung....abandoned.
Don't get me wrong, it's an awesome phone, but that's why I'm agitated. It's an AWESOME pohne that was 'supposed' to get ICS and was abandoned. I understand that older phones don't get as much work as the newer ones, but this phone is LESS THAN A YEAR OLD!!!

limited to Android 2.3 with no plans to upgrade even though Android 3.0 has been out some time.
VPN just doesn't and does not work in 2.3. It's all over the internet if you wish to search.
Tethering does not work unless you buy an addendum to your "unlimited data" plan. oh, and if you want it you lose your grandfathered "unlimited data" plan.
