I've only had this phone a few days and thinking about taking it back! In the time I've had this phone, it has frozen many times, the battery has had be charged every few hours. My Windows Phone is way WAY better!
Pros: camera/video quality
Cons: battery life, volume level, small keys, freezes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not buy Samsung - still no OS upgrade

This has been the worst phone I have ever owned. It has great features and great screen, but as long as it is made by Samsung, it falls way behind the competition. As of 11/2/11, Samsung still has not provided an OS upgrade to Gingerbread, let alone Ice Cream. Many apps will not run on this version of the operating system. This phone crashes at least 30% of the time and calls fail far more than any other phone in my household, which includes other Andriod phones, iPhone 3gs and 4s. Battery life is also the worst of any phone I have ever had. if you do anything other than talk, you will have to charge it at least once to make it through the day.
The infuse has an USB charge and data port and larger LCD screen. That was why I selected. However, the software is so poorly designed or user interaction. Often in the middle of typing an email, the application is terminated. In order to save battery life, Samsung also blackens out the screen in the middle of your apllication interface. The INFUSE also has an overly sensitive voice input applcation. It oftern acitivate itself without making any sense. The contact and email address storage and search method is poorly designed and causing a lot of accidental selection of wrong addresses. The memory management of the INFUSE is horrible. You might be doing nothing but the INFUSE is showing you running 14 application and might have use up all the memories. You simply have to go to task manager and clear out the memory very often to prevent that from happening.
Pros: camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable, usb port, large lcd screen
Ok, for starters, this phone was great at first, but that changed very quickly. I've had the phone for 5 months and experienced nothing but problems with it about 2 months into having it. First off, the phone constantly freezes and then I'm forced to removed to battery to reset the phone. This happens multiple times a day. Secondly, the phone will be running smooth, but then out of nowhere it will vibrate once and then 3 times real fast and then force close any application I'm on at the moment. Lastly, lately the phone will not charge. I thought it was my charger, but i used 4 different chargers and confirmed it is the phone. All together, this phone is not what it is hyped up to be. I will definitely be an iPhone owner in the near future.
Pros: Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting, games, camera/video quality, speaker
I wish someone would have told me what a huge mistake it was to switch from the iPhone to the Infuse. This phone is horrible. I had to return the first one after 4 days because it turned off and would not reboot. The phone drops calls, poor call quality, freezes, wifi never works and all around stinks. I love the size and quality of the screen but that is it. The programs are awful and email is a pain. Stick with the iPhone if you are thinking of switching. The grass is not greener!
Great phone. Love the camera. It is so easy to learn how to use. I love the sleek, thin design. I use my phone for everything from Facebook to Angry Birds.
Pros: camera/video quality, battery life, ease of use
Cons: small keys
I would recommend this to a friend!
