I got this phone in January. I loved everything about it until the phone started to freeze, and shut off randomly. This morning I got up and it won't even turn on. Its such a shame when you pay all this money for a nice phone and a few months later completely dies. I'm switching phone companies. This has happened too many time.
Pros: camera/video quality, good for texting
Cons: battery life, volume level, bulky/heavy, software bugs, freezes, durability
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Okay i love my phone && i wouldnt trade it in at all! The ONLY problem ive had with mine is my mega pixels went out && ive only had my phone for 7 days.. So im having to get it fixed , which means im probably not gettin the same phone.... but over all great phone!
Pros: menus, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use
Cons: battery life, software bugs, freezes, cuts off, mega pixels go bad quick
I would recommend this to a friend!

i HAVE BOUGHT THE SAMSUNG INFUSE 4G SMARTPHONE FROM ATT. i LOVE THIS POHONE. i CAN DO ANYTHING WITH IT,I DONT HAVE DROPPED CALLS. I HAVE PERFECT SERVICE. I SWITCHED TO IT FROM THE HTC TILT AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THE APPS LOAD QUICK EVERYTHING DOES WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES. I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE THIS PHONE AND WOULD GET IT ALL THE TIME IF I HAVE TO.
Pros: tools, menus, games, camera/video quality, speaker, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting

Great functional phone!

Great phone. Very functional. Easy to navigate. Text option are nice. Being able to choose between a touch style of texting or a slide of the finger. I haven't found anything I'm disappointed with yet!
Pros: Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life, volume level, bulky/heavy

This was my first Android phone and wow, I'm amazed by it! The display was what first attracted me to it and even my other friends with smartphones are jealous of it. Like any new user, it took me a day or two to fully understand the phone but it's very easy to figure out. My only complaint is the battery life but I make sure that I turn off apps that I'm not using at that time. It's a little weird texting with the phone sideways but that's mainly because I have small hands!
Highly, highly recommend it.

Horrible

I got this phone in October 2011, and have had several problems with it! The phone likes to turn itself off, type random letters while texting, among various other things. Couple of times my battery wouldn't hold a charge either. I did a master reset to try to fix the problems and installed a antivirus (since I heard they are prone to viruses), but to no avail. My phone still acts up and I am stuck with it for about a year and a half....Never buying another samsung again!

With external memory card I can listen to music or play a video. It is also nice for connection to ytube. Speaker volume is low but that could be because of my hearing lose. With bluetooth headset volume is fine. Just wish I could say the name of the person and have it call. Internet works great.
