I have had the Samsung Infuse for 60 days and have a problem with call clarity. The person I am speaking with says that I sound like I am in a hole and I am muffled.
Pros: tools, menus, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, durable, good for texting
Cons: battery life, freezes, bad call clarity

i do not have a land line so i figured id buy a nice cell...i am on warrenty replace two! what a load of you know what...i can not make calls bc this model enjoys not allowing the person on the other end to ever hear me...not only is the speakers horrible/the micro phone aspect, the model drops calls more often than not. it has a beautiful display, its light to hold, easy to use, but the actual phone aspcet is not quality! if i cant talk to anyone, whats the point! thats what my laptop is for...do not buy it...
Pros: tools, menus, games, camera/video quality, battery life, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: volume level, operating system, freezes, horrific microphone, drops calls often
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

ATT false rep on OS system

ATT refuses to upgrad this phone to the next operating system, which would provided much needed stability. The upgrade is simple enough, but they have let EVERYONE down by updating so many other phones, but not this one. Don't buy. Boycott this phone
Cons: battery life, poor navigation, volume level, limited memory, small keys, operating system, bulky/heavy, software bugs, freezes, durability
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super sharp screen resolution. Great features. Battery life could be better, but that is what happens when you have a device like this. However....when does a phone become too big?
Using this phone for awhile, I feel like I'm carrying a tiny tablet computer. I'm afraid to put it in my pocket, since I may end up cracking it if I move the wrong way.
This phone is great, but the size is not what I would call comfortable to tote around. I would add that I think it's just too big to even just make calls. I'm going to try something smaller.
Pros: menus, camera/video quality, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life, bulky/heavy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This phone can take a hit

I lost my phone out my truck door going down the highway at 45mph. I stopped and went to find my phone, which I thought would be shattered. But instead my phone, back and battery was laying on the road, I put them back together and it came ALIVE. I was completely amazed. The screen was still there, the only damage was a little scuff on the top corner. The phone is very easy to make your own, and there are many different ways to do one thing. So if you don't like doing it one way there are many more ways to do it. This is a very hardy phone.
Pros: tools, menus, games, camera/video quality, battery life, durable, ease of use
Cons: poor navigation
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could be a great phone but just good enough

It has been 2 weeks and I'm upset that certain apps are not working like they should be.
I chose this phone because I wanted the iphone5.
No iphone5, so I do my research and love the infuse on paper. Screen is Amazing and Samsung is a very good company. So I took a chance and dumped my Iphone 3GS. I want 3GS back now. Too late!
I'm hoping to get a new Infuse or get a new brand all together.
Pros: camera/video quality
Cons: software bugs, freezes, wifi is weak, app force close
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible!

Do not buy this phone! This phone continually crashes and needs to constantly be restarted. It has the worst battery life of any phone out there. It constantly crashes and if you try to remove the battery to restart it, it wont reboot. It also gets very slow. Don't make the mistake I did and buy yourself an iPhone! The phone is also made of plastic, so don't drop it!
Pros: tools, menus, games, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, good for texting
Cons: battery life, volume level, limited memory, operating system, software bugs, freezes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
