I fell in love with this phone at first sight. I was totally blown away by the beautiful and colorful clarity of the large screen display. Much better than my previous iPhone 3GS. It's also lighter than the iPhone 3GS. The processor is much faster than the iphone 4. One concern were apps. Could I get the same apps from Google as I did from Apple? The answer is yes. I was lead to believe I could only get them from Apple. That is a misconception. I can also download all my iTunes from my iMac to the Infuse using a particular app. I also enjoy using the 8MP camera to record video. Excellent HD quality all around. Volume level hasn't been a problem at all when talking to someone. The built-in speaker also comes in handy. The Infuse has everything the iPhone has and more.
This is the best cell phone I've ever had, with a few exceptions. The back of the phone has no protection. The removable part is very thin and cheaply made. You would think that Samsung would've changed this before production. Battery life isn't as long as an iPhone. When taking pictures, it is not instantly. There's a second or two of hesitation. Am trying to figure out how to make adjustments so this hesitation will stop.
Even with the minor issues above, I am very happy with this phone. If you're looking for the best protection for your Infuse, I highly recommend the Otterbox Defender. It is the best on the market and it comes with built-in screen protector and separate belt clip w/ holder.
Pros: tools, menus, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting, optional extended memory
Cons: battery life, durability

I have had a iPhone for years and upgraded to the infuse. I love it because the display is so easy to see and it makes texting, emails, internet surfing, and even watching movies and games easy. I love the android because with the iPhone downloading itunes adds so much volume on your computer whereas android, you don't have to worry. Infuse comes with so many great features that you wont be disappointed.
Pros: tools, menus, games, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting, movies
Cons: battery life, freezes

Great but has some issues

I love my Infuse. It has the best network, display, capability, and not to mention running Android.
I have owned many smart phones and Infuse tops out them ALL. Only issue that needs to be fixed is the USB and charging port. Mine lasted 3 months before becoming lose and getting the charger confused with the USB. I bought a new charger cord+adapter that fit more snug and it worked like normal again.
Pros: tools, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting, games, camera/video quality, speaker, battery life, durable

Best phone I ever had.

I switched from iphone 4 and 4S to Android. And let me tell ya, im glad I did. To me iphones are over rated and over priced,
The Infuse is the best I ever owned. The 4.5 inch Super Amoled Plus display is awesome. Its very thin, and light. The processor is very fluid and fast. Mines never frozed up like the others put in their review. The battery life is good,. And the speaker is loud.
The 8 megapixel camera is great. The colors are brillant. Also, the HSPA+ is extremely fast, I got around 18 mbps, way faster than 3G. Despite not all cities have 4G network.
I definalty recommend this phone or any other.
Pros: camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable, durable, good for texting
Cons: battery life

Very Nice Phone!

I've been a long time iPhone user and decided to give this phone a try. I spent over an hour in the store deciding whether to get the iPhone 4 or the Samsung Infuse. I'm very glad that I got the Infuse! The enormous touch screen is nice and crisp and very responsive. Applications open and close very quickly. Has not locked up or frozen since I've had it (approx. 1 week). Most available apps for the iPhone are also available from the Android Marketplace. The amount of customizations, widgets, shortcuts, etc. on the Infuse really allow you to personalize your phone.
For those of you with an iPhone, if you are looking for a phone exactly like the iPhone but not an iPhone, then don't bother. Go ahead and get an iPhone.
For those of you looking for a change, here are the main differences (as I see them) between the two phones:
Visual voicemail does not come standard on the Infuse. However, you can download apps (both free and pay apps) for visual voicemail.
The speaker on the Infuse is much better and louder on the Infuse than on the Iphone.
Interfacing and menu screens are different as well. But this is a positive for the Infuse. You can customize your Infuse much more than you can an Iphone.
Apps, text messages, programs, etc. load faster on the Infuse hands down. No lags, no memory surges, none have locked up or quit yet.
I don't use cameras on phones so no comment about the cameras on the Infuse vs. the cameras on the iPhone.
Data loads wayyyy faster on the Infuse than on the Iphone. Even side-by-side with an iPhone 4, the Infuse still loaded data faster. No match.
The battery life of the Infuse is good, considering that it is a smart phone and considering the enormous size of the display. With moderate usage the battery lasts all day. With my iPhone, I would usually have to plug it in by early to mid afternoon every workday.
The only downside to this phone would be the size, and this would only be a downside to someone concerned with having a much larger phone than an iPhone.
Overall, the iPhone is a good, durable phone, but the Infuse beats the iPhone. Again, if your looking for a phone thats exactly like the iPhone but not an iPhone, then just go ahead and get an iPhone. But if your looking for a phone that is better, but different from the iPhone, you can't go wrong by getting an Infuse.
Pros: menus, games, speaker, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: bulky/heavy

This is by far the best phone I have ever owned. Below is a list of the things I can say about this phone.
It doesn't come loaded with a ton of icons or apps that you don't want (even though it does have some)
Very fast
Beautiful screen
Largest screen on a phone (that I know of), yet is easily manageable in your hand and pocket
Customizable
Truly "Smart"
Three keyboard options - Swype, Android keyboard and samsung keyboard
Large internal memory
Camera - great pictures
Video - awesome HD video
The list goes on and on!
Don't wait for a "better" phone; just get this one! I think you will be happy you did!
Pros: tools, menus, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting, camera/video quality, speaker, durable
