Love My Phone

I love this phone. At first I was a little hestitant in purchasing the phone because I was use to my blackberry with a keyboard but once I purchased the phone and took advantage of the swype feature... I can't imagine not having the phone. My only draw back is the volume. I wish it was louder when it comes to phone calls.
Pros: tools, menus, games, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life, volume level
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my new infuse it's all the phone i needed to run my business. I was leery of the phone as I thought it would be hard to get to know how to use the features but with a little bit of help from my family I was able to set it up and use the first day. Now all my family wants one. My son was impressed at the graphics. My daughter was impressed on the chat features. My husband was impressed with the ease of wifi and e-mail. I just love the basic uses and the office features like word and excel.
It is worth it.

Really love this phone. Takes a little while to figure out how to do things, but after that, it works very intuitively and easily. Great screen, picture quality. light, good screen locking. A+

This is an excellent phone. I really liked it. I had a Captivate with OS 2.3.6 Gingerbread. I received this phone expecting the O.S. to be 2.3.6 Gingerbread. It used to be, but they went back 2.2.1 Froyo. They said their was a glitch with Gingerbread and they would bring an upgrade at a later time. I hope they prove me wrong, but us Captivate owners thought we was never going to get the upgrade. It took forever. Over a year. Even then their was still a glitch, but it was simple to fix yourself. Gave back the Infuse and went back to my Captivate. If the phone you want don't have exactly what you want, don't get it. I'm sure these techs are working hard and doing the best they can, but they also have bosses that they have to listen to, telling them to work on this or that and not just what we want. Thanks for listening. If you don't mind waiting on the upgrade, it's your choice. My son has one and likes it, but he's never had the OS Gingerbread.

I would say this phone is better than the iphone. Honestly, what good is the iphone when the screen is so small?? The infuse has a bigger screen and better image quality. There are more apps to get, and it's just a better phone.
Pros: camera/video quality, battery life

I have had this phone since August. I like the size of this phone & the fact that it's so thin. The display is amazing. It take beautiful pictures & video. There are plenty of apps & games for it if you're into that. That being said, I have several issues with this phone. First, the battery life is not what I had hoped for. I realize the big screen draws battery life but but I have to take my charging cord to work or it won't last the day. My second issue is the speaker volume. It's way too quiet. With just a little bit of surrounding noise it becomes difficult to hear what is being said if the phone is set on speaker. Finally, my biggest issue is the blue tooth connection. This phone does not hold connection in my car. I have had another phones connected to my blue tooth & it will stay connected when this phone drops. Once it drops connection it does not want to reconnect. I really need the hands free as part of my job so this is a huge disappointment.

I enjoy using the phone. The internet works very quickly which is a plus. My favorite part is the game Angry Bird!! It is awesome! I can play it for hours.
