This is a wonderful product...I got it in October 2011 and it has been the best phone yet...I previously had the iPhone and I think this phone is a lot better. If you are thinking about switching to this phone from the iPhone I would not hesitate... I absolutely love this phone!
Pros: tools, menus, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting, games, camera/video quality, speaker, battery life, durable

Big, almost a tablet, love the phone

If you like to surf the web play games text it's almost a tablet I think it's one of the best phones I have ever owned and the clear picture great for watching TV, Movies just a kick butt phone get ya one!!
Pros: tools, menus, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life, small keys
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just upgraded from a Samsung solstice. (Very faithful to the Samsung family of phones) This phone is absolutely wonderful. The graphics, speed and ease of use are all very useful. The size of it doesnt bother me since it just makes all the apps more conveinient. I work for a media company so I will get all the use out of it I can (ie, Quickoffice, GPS, camera, and so much more)
PS i checked off freezing but it happened twice and it wasn't traumatic or anything similar)

This is the best phone you can get . U wont regret every penny you spend for this phone. The phone is a Beast! IF you are looking for a phone with the fastest internet speed, high resolution big screen, High speed processor, a phone for gaming, lots of applications, for business or personal purposes, or a cool design , this is the best phone you can get. I totally love this phone! Being under android OS, i can easily get any app I can think of for free. I love the fact that the screen is hd+4.5" in size. Im always on youtube so its a great phone for watching videos. Only con would be the freezing part, but what touchscreen phone dont freeze? The battery is ok, but I am holding this phone 24/7 and constantly on networking sites so of course it will drain my battery faster than usual. Overall, 5 stars!

Good phone

We got this phone a few days ago and we are really happy with it so far. The two biggest pluses we enjoy are the large screen. The Screen is very bright compared to the other phones we looked at and the clarity of the text and images is very good. The other big plus is the battery life. This phone has a larger battery than most and we are able to get through a whole day without having to plug in to recharge. I can not say this about my HTC Inspire.
The one thing we do not like is the position of the power button. It is positioned on the right side near the top. Just seem like an awkward place. Should be on the top right.
One problem we ran into is the data quit working and apparently what happened is when you hold the power button in for a second, a menu popups up and one option is turn data on and off. We still can not figure out how that happened.
Overall, we do really enjoy this phone.
Pros: camera/video quality, battery life

In love with this phone...

My first one froze up coming out of the box...I just had it replaced with one manufactured 2 months later (and less manufacturing issues later). The newest of the two phones I have had is smooth operating, no issues, easy to use out of the box!! My previous phone had some processor issues with screen tearing, etc. But this one has had 0 issues. I love the screen, being able to text any direction on the phone is great. I thought I would miss my slide out keyboard but this is a truely great and fully functioning full touchscreen phone. The biggest con of the phone thus far is the back plate. Having to use a small flathead screwdriver to get into the little notch is frustrating....but overall worth it.

Cons: back plate design
