I love my Samsung Infuse. I use my phones mostly for emails and after years of being a faithful Blackberry user. the Torch just didn't cut it, very disappointing. I was reluctant to make the switch to any phone that didn't have a physical keyboard but after spending time playing with an iPhone, HTC and Samsung phones, the superiority of these devices outweighed the keyboard. I went to Samsung Infuse over iPhone for the price, and thinking the size would help my clumsy hands getting used to the keys. Recently had an iPhone user friend, borrowing it for a sec and i had to prie it back out of her hands :) No regrets here, i LOVE my phone, just wish it had better battery life, that is the only negative. My phone is my office, and i often have to charge it twice a day. I might try the iPhone on my second line but i'm sold on Android. Phones, TVs...Samsung makes high quality devices.
Pros: tools, menus, games, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can't even say how much I love this phone! I was nervous about getting such an expensive phone but I'm so glad I did. It is worth every penny. I love how thin it is. The graphics are absolutely beautiful! It's so easy to do everything on it. The sound when talking on the phone is clear. I can talk with my husband in Iraq and it sounds like he's next door. The text messaging is much easier than my last phone. I like the conversation method it uses. I saw one reviewer say he didn't like it as a phone. I don't feel that way, I think using it as a phone has been great. It's light and it's thin. I can't think of anything bad to say about it. Oh, and the camera takes amazing pictures, better than my Kodak.
Pros: tools, menus, camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting, beautiful graphics

I had used an iPhone since October 2009. I never planned to switch to an Android phone until I saw this one. This phone works great, and is super fast. I tried the Atrix, but was not crazy about it so I sent it back. This phone is a 'best buy' in my opinion, with the exception of the battery life. I do have a 'live' wallpaper with a few applications running, but the battery only lasts 3/4 of a day (maybe because I am always on it doing something). Overall, I WOULD RECOMMEND this phone!! I may stay with an Android from now on!
Pros: tools, menus, games, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life

I love this phone its so awsome!! i switched from iphone to an android phone. Im glad i did but there's one major problem. Update!!! I miss my iphone and the updates i wish this phone could get updates. It's an amazing phone. It's still on froyo (2.2.1) and it gets boring after having a phone for a long time!! its not even up to date with other phone updates. Everytime i see my friends phones it has an update! Makes me want to not get Samsung ever again! But if you don't care about updates this phone is awsome it has a huge screen awsome hd gaming and video its great! just at&t give us some updates please!!!
Pros: tools, games, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting, its huge!
Cons: battery life

This is arguably the best smart phone on AT&T, and if you're a Samsung phone enthusuast IT IS. It does have some shortcomings with the fact that it doesn't have the latest version of android (running android 2.2 Froyo instead of Gingerbread 2.3 which is faster) or the latest version of the samsung touch wiz interface (running 3.0 instead of 4.0). But that isn't going to make a difference to the casual user. It has a big screen if you want a large screen for surfing the web, and east texting, and it's fast with the 4G. A samsung phone is a great for a casual user or a heavy user because it's easy to use and you can customize to a use that best fits YOU and YOUR lifestyle. I Highly recommend this for anyone looking for the best on AT&T.
Pros: menus, camera/video quality, speaker, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: operating system

Phone is excellent, having used Iphone, BB and Treo, this is quite a phone. I am big user of Skype and ATT's inability to upgrade this to Android 2.3 OS is seripusly hampering the usability of this excellent phone. I guess Apple's approach to keeping its phones updated has set a standard that I believe both ATT and Samsung need to learn to emulate
Pros: tools, menus, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life, volume level, operating system
