"I love this phone. It has been amazing. It does freeze up occasionally but that's usually when I have too many apps running at one time. MY only complaint is the battery life. My business depends on me being on the phone a lot. I usually have to charge it during the day, other than that its a great phone."
Pros: tools, menus, camera/video quality, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life, freezes
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the second infuse I'v had within the last 2 months. The first would over heat when I charge it and shut off, also the camera would lock for no reason so I would have to restart my phone to get it to work. The 2nd one I go do not have these problems. I previously had a HTC Inspire and the Battery life is wayyyyyyy better. The display is amazing. Co workers think it's is a fancy caculator. Very light weigh unlike most smart phone. Take beatuiful picture. The only thing is this phone is very difficult to customize, but im able to change to font (:
Pros: camera/video quality, battery life, good for texting
Cons: freezes
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good phone, battery life makes difficult to enjoy

Let me start by saying this is a good phone. It really is. It tends to freeze from time to time, but it's a good phone. The only thing that stirs up a large complaint from me would be the battery life. It's absolutely atrocious. The largest thing that I use my phone for is texting. I send a text and lock the phone so it can be on standby. Within an hour moderate to light texting use, the phone has already lost 20% of its power. Add another 4 hours of texting and it's dead. If texting is what you need a phone for, I would not recommend this one.
Tl;dr-good phone, but not for texting.
Pros: camera/video quality, ease of use, large screen/good resolution
Cons: battery life, freezes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the features of the infuse but the battery, wireless antenna, bluetooth seem to have issues. I love the screen size and brightness. Also, the speed is lacking and multitasking could better as I freeze up about once a day.
Like the phone but wish it could be faster for multiple tasks and better battery life.
Pros: tools, menus, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting
I have had this phone for about a year know and despite me dropping the phone every 5 seconds , it still works great. Of course I do have a trident case on it that DOES help some! Without the case its pretty light weight and slim for its size. The only downfall that 8 times out of 10 it drops calls, it wont even ring just go to voicemall, but besides that I am very happy with it. Yes it is HUGE and still get told that but it fits ok in jean pockets.Hope this helps...
Pros: tools, menus, games, camera/video quality, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting, lightweight
Cons: volume level, software bugs, freezes
I would recommend this to a friend!

Manufacturer glitches and issues

After having the phone for less than a year, I obtained a glitch or bug with the phone. The screen shuts off and you have a repeated reboot of the Samsung logo. If you try to charge you get the the charging screen loading screen and it repeats. Good phone but I wouldn't recommend because this phone seems like a prototype for the Galaxy SII
Pros: camera/video quality, speaker, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use
