Incredible Android Platform

PROS: I have been a Windows Phone user, but since Android has become more stable, I have been considering the switch. Boy am I glad I did, the Infuse is extremely powerful, 2.2 runs stable and fast and AT&T finally allowing non-verified apps to run allows almost unlimited possibilities with the phone. It is more appropriate to think of this as a small tablet PC that can make phone calls because essentially it will do anything a tablet does, sometimes doing it better.
The camera is superb. It will hold its own against any point and shoot on the market (yes, a DSLR will still outshine it, but will a DSLR make a call?). In the interest of testing it, I shot a full resolution video and used the dongle adapter to hook it up to my HDTV, no graininess at all. It is a ligitimate 720P camera. The front camera at 1.3MP is good for Skype and other vid chat programs and for taking quick profile pictures.
By far my biggest joy has been the multimedia and e-reader aspects. Pandora runs effortlessly and doesn't have skips when moving from WiFi to the network and back. I listed over WiFi for about 4 hours at work with the screen dark and my battery only dropped 30%. Not bad at all. E-Reader apps like Kindle work well and the large screen makes them pretty easy to read.
CONS: Not any deal breakers for me, but an FM radio would have been nice. I live in Oklahoma and during the tornadoes my old phone's FM radio came in pretty handy since the network was jammed by everyone. The Infuse relies on streaming radio, which is fine if you have a good data connection.
On my device the compass is pretty succeptable to magnetic interference and Samsung hasn't included a setting to recalibrate. The Android market has apps for the GPS/Compass that work around this, but the phone still needs a calibration every other day. Of course, I work in IT and am around A LOT of PC's that are likely screwing with it, but other phones haven't had that issue, including a friends Infuse. Hopefully, Gingerbread will fix this.
Finally, since it doesn't seem to be real easy to find unless you have the device in hand. The storage limits aren't drawn out, so here you go:
Internal Phone Storage: 2Gb for OS and this is where Apps go by default.
Internal Phone SD card: This is a non user removable flash storage with a 16Gb capacity. This is where pictures, songs, etc. will be downloaded by default. You can effortlessly move files between here and your External SD in the File Library.
External Phone SD card: This is your microSD card. Samsung gives you a 2Gb that comes with some movie trailers to show off how awesome Media Hub is. It will hold up to a 32 Gb card without issue. Sort've a downer is that it is under the battery, so you can't remove it with the device powered on. From a data standpoint, this ensures you don't corrupt the data as obviously no read/write is occuring when your inserting or removing.
Pros: menus, camera/video quality, speaker, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: compass alignment, microsd is under battery

IM IN LOVE WITH IT!!

So far, had this for about a week and I love it. I am a heavy texter opposed to talking and my thumbs are big. So this was one of the reasons why I chose this phone. I love the resolution on it, everything looks vibrant. So far, everything has been running smooth, no issues. Cameras are neat plus with that powerful flash, its awesome. And i love how big the screen is and how thin the phone is, I sometimes freak out when I have it in my pocket and cant feel it. But i'm hoping AT&T will release the gingerbread update for this phone, I believe that this will improve everything including the battery life which is normal for their other android devices.
Pros: tools, menus, camera/video quality, speaker, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life

I just switched from an iPhone to the Infuse. My family and friends told me that an Android was the way to go. I absolutely love this phone. It's pretty easy to use. I love the screen size and the different wall papers. Aside from having Flash Player, I like the calendars and alarms MUCH better. It did take a minute to switch my thinking from iPhone to Android, but it was easy enough and I'm glad I got it. The only down side is that the battery doesn't last the full day if I'm playing Words with Friends!
Pros: menus, games, camera/video quality, speaker, durable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: battery life

Awesome phone and display

Just got this phone 2 days ago and LOVE IT. GREAT display. Large screen makes it easy to use with my large fingers and screen makes it easier to read. Surfing net is easier with large screen. Size of screen concerned me at first. But the more I use the phone the more I appreciate the size of the screen. Size actually makes it easier to hold and use as phone. Speed is blazing to me. Android does have a learning curve, but the more I use it the more I appreciate its power and abilities. I use the internet frequently and battery has life to last all day or better. Recommend loading Advanced Task Killer to control data use and Juice Defender to strech battery life.
This is my first smart phone and I feel I chose well. Screen is sharp and crisp. response and loading is FAST. I went in for a Samsung Captivate, which AT&T did not stock anymore. I left with this phone wondering if I made a good choice. I was also considering an iPhone. I am glad I chose this phone and would not trade it for any other phone.
Pros: tools, menus, camera/video quality, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, display, speed of downloads, screen size, call quality
Cons: volume level

I don't care what anyone says. This is probably one of THE BEST phones i have ever touched. i am surprised i dont see it more often. It's super thin but don't let that fool you. the battery is way better than i expected. lasted me the whole day after i fully charged it during the night. the screen is HUGE and bright. it is VERY light. i forget it's in my pocket sometimes. the so-called "cheap plasticky" backing isnt that bad at all. it makes the phone lighter but i also find it quite durable. it took me awhile to get used to because i am used to heavier phones. i'm thinking about switching to the Samsung Galaxy S II to see what that's like but the Infuse is defineately impressive. I'm very much glad i got it instead of the iPhone4
Pros: games, camera/video quality, speaker, battery life, durable, ease of use, good for texting, big screen, a lot of free apps you don't get on iphone

Overal such a great phone!

I got this phone maybe less than a month ago, and I already love it! It is really big, but it is very light. So it's not a problem for me. People say the battery life isn't good, but I think it is perfectly fine. Because obviously, if you use it a lot, you drain the battery. All you have to do is charge it! No big deal. I love the different ways of texting for example, swype, the regular qwerty keyboard, and just simply just speaking what you want, and it will type it for you. I only have a couple apps downloaded, but nothing has seemed to crash or run slowly. The music volume sounds great to me, especially with headphones; and the speaker when calling sounds great! I love the camera, and the quality simply amazing. The wifi works really well for me, it just connects to my home wifi by itself! Plus, the screen is amazing; the way the internet looks! I mean, eventually, this phone might have problems because every typical phone does, but nothing has happened yet. It is such a great phone! (:
Pros: games, camera/video quality, speaker, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting

Best phone on the market

I upgraded from a windows phone to this one, and needless to say this one out-shines it. I love having the choice of either using the keyboard, or voice-to-write, which was an unexpected plus. I was blown away by the quality of the camera and video and love the fact that I can video chat (something that will become standard soon). This phone is way a head of its time and out does the Iphone! Two of my friends (Iphone users) told me that they are going to switch to this one! That's saying something!!
Pros: camera/video quality, speaker, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, durable, ease of use, good for texting, video chat, voice to write, reject call list
Cons: battery life

Amazing

The Infuse 4g is absolutely amazing. The design is great. Thin light weight and but nothing was held back on this phone. The 4.5 inch screen has an amazing picture quality ( alittle better than the iphone in my opinion). I find it very easy to use and fun to figure out. Samsung did a great job. The forward facing and rear camera both did better than i expected for a phone and took pictures that would compare with a wide variety or pricey cameras. I absolutely love the attention this phone recieves. This is the first phone that i could actually watch a movie on and enjoy. superb movie quailty. The battery life is pretty good as well. i thought because the phone didn't have a bulky battery like most that the battery would die quickly, but i was wrong. The only thing about the phone that i was not too excited about was the force closing/freezing. im sure it happens with all phones here and there but it was a bit of a disappointment coming from the phone that had wowed me in every other aspect.
Pros: tools, games, camera/video quality, battery life, Wi-Fi capable, ease of use, good for texting
Cons: volume level, freezes
