Printer does a very good job printing and is very easy to use. Only problem - the software did not load properly on my laptop.

Works Well with a few glitches

Works well for the multi-function services it is designed for. I have three issues:
1. It does take a while to print if the unit is in sleep mode and it is somewhat noisy. These are common amongst other reviews I've read.
2. The auto document feeder used for copying or scanning does not have a duplexer so it cannot automatically scan two sided paper. It can only print on two sides.
3. The printer driver that I use on my Windows7 PC does not work with the manual feed tray. This was confirmed with their tech support. It is unclear if this will be available in later versions.

Otherwise it is a good solid machine for a reasonable price. I have not needed to purchase toner yet, but it aint cheap.

Great business tool

MFC-9560CDW enables me to fax and email large files (like tax returns) saving me hours of labor, and costly mailed paperwork. The full color mode prints beautifully, and I love the extra ink capacity which enables fewer trips to buy cartridges.
I also have a Brother Laser printer HL-2240 for all my B & W copies. Brother products are super!

Solid Performer

After searching for about six months looking for a color laser printer with duplex and wireless capability, we found this gem. We have had it for 7 months now and it fully supports all of our home based business needs. We have yet to have a single issue, not even a paper jam yet. We print about 200 pages a week. The color quality supports all of our needs. Speed is not our highest need, but this printer does pretty good on large volume print jobs. The interface took a little getting used to, but once we figured out how to scan to thumb drive, all else fell into place. We love this printer!

We have had this printer for a year now. It has been excellent! Scanner is very fast, Toner life is real good. Setup for the wireless network was easy and has been reliable.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one for the business if I needed one.

Finally, the printer I've been waiting for!

Finally a printer that doesn't sacrifice performance for flexibility. Most all-in-one printers fall down in one category or another -- not this printer! The speed and quality of output are fantastic. Besides being reasonably priced considering all of its features, in the long run this printer can be a money saver: high-capacity laser cartridges as opposed to ink cartridges, duplexing, black-only mode.

This printer was a breeze to set up and install. The only installation problem I had was finding the on/off switch. (It's covered over with a label!) I installed it with ease in both Windows 7 and Ubuntu. I've had this printer for two months now and couldn't be more pleased!
Based on my experiences with other Brother products, especially their fax machines, I expect to get many years of reliable performance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice all in one

Great all in one machine for the home office. The only thing I'm not sure about is the cost for the replacement toners. They don't seem to be as available as other toners. Other than that, the machine works well on my wireless network at home. My desktop and two laptops can easly print from anywhere in the house. Recommend connecting the printer to the router with an ethernet cable for faster printing. It has a great feature so you can get your faxes sent to the computer so you don't waste paper.
