Great Product!

This really is a great machine. It does all that I ask and does it quickly. Duplex printing is a great way to save paper, although I wish there was an easier way to select it when I want it (other than going into printer properties), but this might be a Windows issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I will only buy Brother MFC's. This is my 3rd one and I have not had any problems. The first was so old, I replaced it with a newer one. My next one was great and I gave it to my daughter because I wanted a color laser.
This does beautiful color, fast printing, great scanning and so easy to do double-sided copies. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants quality.

Great Printer

The best printer I've had so far. From box to using it in less than 30 min. Very easy to set up. For a color laser printer, the color is good to great. I've never lost the wireless connection. It replaced an ink-jet that I was always getting ink for. I use this for a home network, it works well with all the puter's in my home. For me it was well worth the cost.

Fantastic Printer/Scanner

This printer does everything I want it to do. The scanner is super simple to use. The scanning software that comes with it does a nice job orienting scanned images and creating PDFs. I do quite a bit of scanning and this has saved me a lot of time. The print quality is excellent. Wireless setup was easy to do.
I haven't had much need to do straight copying yet nor any faxing.
It's a lot of money for a printer/scanner but so far it's been well worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Printer

I've had the printer for a week. I got it to work on all three of my wireless PCs but I do not have a ap for my Android or Ipad. I understand there is one but I have not found it yet. Easy set up, works fine, quality is good. Scan to PDF works. Price was very good compared to other brands.

Product vs Documentation and Support

When this product works it is fantastic...now the rub.
Very poor documentation requires frequent calls to the service desk. Product is affected by everything like power spikes and network interuptions and goes off the tracks frequently. Troubleshooting is very difficult and time sensitive, many times I have to revert to my cheapy HP to do faxes and scans. This product is very time consumming and support - while good - is closed on the weekends. When this dies so does my relationship with Brother.

It works reliably and provides good quality prints. The scan feature is well implemented and i have been able to keep my documents better organized.
Its like a work horse and Brother should work on making this fully compatible with Air print.
