We bought this in April & are extremely satisfied. Plenty of room and we love the convenience of the hot water feature.

Great size for my new kitchen. It does not stick out as far. Nice amount of shelves and fully adjustable and cleans easily. I love having the freezer at the bottom.

Great features and quality, interior a bit cramped

This fridge came with our recently purchased home, but was brand new. The in-door ice and water dispenser is awesome (hot water too!). The downside is that the inside of that door is nearly useless. As a result, the interior of the fridge feels cramped, and we're always having to shuffle things around. That said, the quality is very good, it is quiet, and I am hopeful that it lasts a long time. If the ice and water dispenser is important to you, then this is a great choice. If maximum storage is important, I would look elsewhere.

I bought this item about two mouths ago. I needed a counter size one as the one I had before took up too much room. I actually have more storage room in this one! The ice maker is in the door freeing up space in theinterior. I love how the freezer is divided up allowing me to view everything in it. Love the ice and water depenser! So glad I bought it!

I wouldn't buy this refridgerator again. I have had GE Profile before and was happy with it . This one your crushed ice goes all over the place I have a remodeled kitchen with a new hardwood floor, I am not happy that it flies all over my new floor. Had a GE guy out and tells me to use a wider mouth glass. If you can't use a regular size glass something is wrong. I checked the opining on this new one is U shaped. My old one is round. I checked other brands and they are round also. GE should go back to the round opining. The other thing they change and I don't like is where you grap to open the drawers. It is at the bottom of the drawer instead of the top. I still haven't got used to it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

decent, but a bit disappointed

I bought this two months ago, and I am already having a repair person come to replace a motor after it started making a vibrating noise. I also don't find the instant hot water feature useful. It takes a few minutes to heat up, and it only makes 10 ounces. I use 14-16 oz mugs, so this doesn't even fill it. Also, I can microwave water that fast. I wish I had bought the model that auto reads your water cup filling so that it stops filling when the cup is full.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
