Love everything about it

I replaced a 29 year old side-by-side fridge with the GE Cafe. I love the french doors, bottom freezer, water/ice dispenser. I am completely happy with this refrigerator.

Service calls required

The first service call was for an outside dripping problem with the water dispenser. A kit was installed to correct the outside drip, which it did. The second service call was to fix an inside drip which was due to a tube inside the door that was not attached properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

poorly built, bad freezer & drawer slide design

good temperature control. ice making too slow and small capacity. very poor door bins, drawer slides are awful, freezer door slides bad, came damaged, three tries to get it right.

Ordered for our new home. Have had the GE Monogram products for the past 10 years. The new Cafe series is more than up to the task. More space. Allowed us to eliminate our backup refrigerator we kept in the garage
Love it!

Wanted a counter-depth refrigerator and this one looks great. It has a lot of room for a counter-depth. The only complaint is that it is a little more noisy than I would have expected.

Noisy! Runs all the time....

I bought this over a month ago and am very disappointed It constantly runs and is louder than my diswaher! GE installed a "noise reduction" kit but it still runs loud and runs cotinuously
