beautiful but the water/ice drips

great refrigerator but the ice/water dispenser drips and the crushed ice tends to go places other than the glass.

I read a lot of reviews on different refridgerators and found this to be what I was looking for. I got the in depth fridge and love it. I thought maybe it wouldn't hold the food I usually have but its better than I expected. Now I find I don't clutter the fridge with things I don't need and I don't have to go digging in the back.I read people had issues with the noise but I had no problems.The only issue I did have was the hot water didn't work but I called the company and they sent someone out right away and fixed the problem.I recommend this product highly and love it!

Love the amount of space and water dispenser is all metal no plastic for easier cleaning. Great compartments in freezer.

I bought this Cafe model 2 months ago. I love it. It keeps my vegetables much longer that my old refrigerator and the hot water feature is handy. The only thing I don't like is that when you use the "precise fill" water dispensing feature, you still have to hold in the dispensing lever for the water to dispense. If I'm filling a 26oz water bottle, it would be nice to set the "precise fill" for 25 oz. and do something els while it is filling.

Great fridge, but compressor is LOUD!

We like everything about this fridge, but the compressor is too loud. We can hear it from our master bedroom when it is on sometimes which is 2 rooms away from the kitchen. We have had the repair guy out her twice, but he says there is nothing wrong with it. Other than that, it is great!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet NOT Noisy

Just had this installed a few days ago. This is a quiet refrigerator. Despite reviews of a noisy compressor, I can barely here is running. Now it's not silent, but it is certainly not anywhere near objectionable. Only issue and it is very minor, the dairy flip open lid had a crack and a replacement was ordered.
I would recommend this to a friend!
