The advanced features are really helpful when cooking, like the precise fill. You can measure out any amount of water you want. The hot water dispenser is very convenient for tea, soup and many other uses. We highly recommend this refridgerator!

Nice features, bright interior which is wonderful. The interior shelving and space layout is not truly functional. The Counter-Depth appliance does not allow for larger container storage.

I have owned this refrigerator 6 months and the noise it generates is louder than a normal conversation. Freezer at times emits 79 decibels. I regret buying it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lots of Storage

Stainless finish is beautiful and easier to keep clean than I thought it would be. Interior lighting is bright, lots of storage space and drawers, ice maker could be quieter and ice sometimes flies out of door dispenser.

I admit I was slightly concerned from all reviews referring to how noisy all GE bottom freezer refrigerators are, but I went ahead with this choice anyway - it's been in full use for a month now and (knock on wood) it's not noisy at all. I love all of the shelving and temp control options, and I especially find the water dispenser choices useful. Sleek design fits perfectly with the style of my kitchen - stainless steel a little smudgy, but knew that going in.
I would recommend this to a friend!
