This Refrigerater is Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first higher-end appliance. Research showed this was the best value in its category and the research was correct. The ergonomics are perfect. Every reach for the gallon of milk to lunch meat seems well calculated. The freezer is spacious and organized. The temperature control mid drawer is nice for storing different types of foods and the color change is a welcome addition. And the fact that we can display our favorite pictures on the screen and have a slideshow is crazy awesome.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Design flaws

Pros: looks beautiful from the outside. Sleek, simple, easy to clean.
Cons: Needs some tweaking. If you put anything on the middle shelf or in the drawers, the entire middle shelf sags, causing the drawers to appear unaligned. You would have thought they would have more support. Looks horrible when you open the fridge. Fridge is also really loud - MUCH louder than our previous 10 year old fridge. Plastic protective covering remnants are sticking out of every seam and are impossible to remove without a blade. Hot water takes 5 minutes to heat and only produces 10 ounces. Totally impractical and pointless. Is easier to heat in a microwave. If you use the ice dispenser in the door (not crushed ice - just regular), it shoots small ice chunks everywhere, creating a mess. Overall, disappointed with the fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had 9 months and already having problems with the motor. Disappointed. Ice machine freezes stuck a good bit. Do like it in a small space and shelving system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator! There are many features that the whole family enjoy using and very easy to understand all the instructions given on the LCD read out.
The hot water feature is very good for all of us. I can now make a cup of tea for me anytime and my boys love it, cause it just gives them enough water that they need for their soup at the touch of a button!
