Our machine has worked excellent from day one. The filter gets rinsed out occasionally to keep the steam output high. I am wondering if reviewers below are not cleaning the device of using pure water as asked for. My only complaint is in the bottom section where there is a black screen that has a white coloered deposit on it. I am wondering if parts are available
I would recommend this to a friend!
