JP BASS, thank you for sharing your valuable refrigerator review. The top freezer drawer is designed to encourage essential air flow that allows the cold air to reach the food. Perhaps a small container with vented sides could help keep small items in the freezer basket? I found several at the local discount store that might assist with organizing a freezer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this after returning from our winter home to find our previous refrigerator not working. We wanted a plain front because we understand it will be more likely not to have any problems.
Bought the plain front because it is less likely to need repair. Motor is a bit loud when running. Otherwise, very pleased with features.

love the bright lights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 2012 model and liked it , i like the lights in this one and the bigger door shelves.Also i like the solid basket in the freezer instead of the wire one... But the shelves on the inside dont seem to have as much room. (even tho it is supposed to be the same size as my old one) Over all it is a good frig.

Good decision

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did a HUGE amount of research online before this purchase. Our last refrigerator (NOT Frigidaire) was a DISASTER. It turns out, the quality of a refrigerator is not linked with price. You can pay top dollar for a refrigerator and get a dog. Frigidaire is a good name and the reviews are good. They have national service and parts. There are not horror stories about failure to follow up on warranty claims. One suggestion to potential purchasers of refrigerators of any brand: SIMPLIFY. Avoid water/ ice coming through the door; this adds complexity. KISS = Keep it Simple...
