We bought this fridge a little over month ago. I for the most part am happy with the purchase. For some reason we have an issue with the freezer handle. It continues to become loose. We have had someone out once already to tighten. They left us the tool to tighten again if it became loose again, which it did! Now we have a new handles ordered which seems to be taking forever to come in?? It's been two weeks and no handle yet. The other issue is if we remove the ice tray to fill a cooler and we put it back in it stops the process of making ice?? We have to hit the feature on the door "quick ice" to start the process, which still takes some time. I am hoping these issues get resolved and I do not regret purchasing this fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks great, but has some issues early on

I bought this fridge last spring, but didn't get it hooked up to water until October. It is a beautiful fridge, without the front water/ice dispenser it has a clean look. However, the cool drawer in the fridge was freezing food items. The ice maker also did not work. I had a repairman come out, he replaced the ice maker, narrowed the dampers behind the cool drawer, but still very little to no ice and food was freezing in drawer. A second call for repair service seems to have solved the issue... I had a lot of air leaking behind the cool drawing, freezing both the food in the drawer and the water line leading to the ice maker. It's been a couple weeks, and everything is still working fine. Hopefully, it lasts. The customer service seemed very good when I called, and the repairs were scheduled in a timely fashion. If not for the issues, I would rate this fridge a 5, but I'm going with 4/5 with the hope that the repairs are final.

I recently purchased this Frigidaire refrigerator as a first new purchase in about 30 years. Wow! This is luxury, at its best. I have so much more room and it allows me to keep items organized and nice looking. I absolutely love the bottom freezer section. I have never owned a fridge with this feature. I wasn't sure I would like it, but I was so wrong. It is fantastic! It has tons of space and keeps everything at your fingertips. I am elated that I am now the proud owner of a Frigidaire refrigerator as well as stove, microwave and dish washer. Love, love, love it!

We've had the fridge almost 2 months & so far so good. It was the one I had had my eye on for awhile ( just hadn't planned on buying quite so soon). My old fridge just quit after 25yrs! So I wasn't too disappointed to get the one I had on my wish list.

Great fridge

Have had the fridge about a month and a half. Really like the size, use of space, shelves, being able to use magnets on the door, not having trouble with fingerprints. Rated a little lower because it was out of square and had to put about .5 inches of wood in the back right to keep it level and keep it from rocking. Would have been nice to have had adjustable rollers in the back like in the front. We searched for a long time and assumed reliability issues were primarily with the door ice dispenser, which we didn't want. So far all has worked well and we have loved the top fridge with French doors. The layout was the best we found. Seemed to get a lot more for the money compared with others.

love the layout verses the side-by-side, led lighting is awesome. had one flaw, hairline crack in the "floor" of the refrigerator under the left door. i wish i had purchased sooner.
