I bought this oven a few years ago. My wife was boiling water on the stove and the steam from the pot shorted out the keypad. Rather that the oven sensing the moisture and turning on it just shorted out! Bad design especially for the money you pay!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your microwave. We regret your experience. This is not what we would expect from our products.
I have forwarded your comments to our Cooking Product Quality Engineers. We appreciate your feedback.
I bought this unit 12 years ago as a primary oven. We have very limited kitchen space so buying something that does everything was important. The original unit, after years of wonderful service, finally gave out. I didn't want to buy any other oven to replace this unit although cheaper products are available. I use it multiple times per day and this unit has also performed flawlessly. We were even able to install the second unit ourselves - easy!
the clock doesn't work. If I open the door the clock comes on for 20 seconds and then goes off. They told me this was an energy saving feature but it renders the clock useless. who wants to open the microwave door every time to see what time it is? Also the buttons do not light up at all. The one on the showroom floor works right.
