Awesome...when it works!

I bought this microwave and it is really awesome you can cook anything/everything! The only reason I am giving it a 4 start (instead of 5) is becuase it take a long time to preheat and right after we purchased the microwave it started making a clicking sound, but we had it fixed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing microwave and more

This is more than a microwave. For leftovers we often use the speed cook. It reminds me of my daughters easy bake oven! Leftover pizza is nice and crisp, not soggy! The actual microwave is amazingly fast. I love it!

We haven't used our regular oven since this purchase! This cooks everything including pizzas and doesn't heat up our kitchen. It's like Magic!

Microwave Convection

Wonderful unit. I vented the unit to outside and I would have liked a higher CFM or better ventilation for odours from the cooking. It is very easy to use and so intuitive and does a very good job.

Handle broke off after two years

I have had this oven for about two years. It cooks great, however, the handle broke off today. My wife and I use this oven just like we did the previous oven that lasted 15 years. The handle is held on from the back side with four screws that go thru the plastic sub-frame of the door. Obviously not a very robust design. It looks like we will have to replace the entire door $$$.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is nice looking and does the job, but don't expect it to last more than 4 year. Way too costly for so short a time!
