The Problem so far was the door not completely closing. You have to shut it a certain way, otherwise it won't latch.

I replaced the oven with what I thought was like and kind. Much to my dismay they changed the positing of the oven door. After days of trying to get the unit to fit in the previous space, I managed to cut enough of the cabinetry away to open the door 80% of the way. If I realized the change I would have not purchased it and went with something less of a hassle.

still learning the speed cook fucntions
