Nice but not the best technical design

I've owned this microwave for about one year now and it does a tremendous job heating and cooking. The build quality also looks and feels better than the competition. The only reason I gave this 3 stars is due to the lack of a numeric keypad. There are simply much too many steps involved to specify the amount of time to cook your food. Also, the minimum 15 second interval durations are not good at all. sometime, all you need is 7 or 8 seconds to warm up/soften certain baking ingredients like butter for example. If you don't cancel quick enough, your butter turns to a popcorn topping. The dial and descriptions as well are just too complicated, sometimes, requiring the need to review the over complicated instruction book to determine different fixed settings. Nice design, and quality of build but a huge miss on functional requirements and user friendliness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The speed cooler feature is like having another oven plus it doesn't heat up the kitchen.

Bakes potatoes or microwave them. Broils steaks perfectly every time. The speedcook feature is sensational. Convects to bake food items. Bought my first one in 2005. Replaced it with a new one last year. Purchased another one for my RV this month.

We've had it for about 6 months and we love it. The convection oven selection is the greatest. It needs a 20A feed for this feature.

This is nice looking and does the job, but don't expect it to last more than 4 year. Way too costly for so short a time!

We purchased this Advatium for our newly remodeled kitchen. Living in Arizona, we were drawn to this appliance as a way to cook in the summer heat. I can still cook during the summer without heating up the kitchen or using excessive amounts of electricity. I have tried almost every feature and love the versatility of this product. The support and recipes is fantastic.
