Have had this installed for two years, we bought this along with the matching Gas Oven and Refrigerator. We are constantly cooking and baking and have throughly lived these appliances. Hopefully this will be an easy fix an we can get it back in service. So as of now I will give this a Two Star and not recommend it, that may change depending on what it will take to get it up and running.
I have been using my GE Advantium (CSA1201RSS) for several months now and so far have found no reason not to love it. Yes, I was a little intimidated at first by it, but it didn't take long to feel totally comfortable. I love that I can make cookies and muffins and so forth -- even pizza -- quickly, without heating up my kitchen, and they turn out the same as if I'd baked them in my wall oven. I love the knob that scrolls through the menus and makes adjustments in the time and power settings. This product so far seems sturdy and well-made to me.
The unit has many features that we love but it took a while to learn the additional steps. That's the only compliant from all the family members; especially the kids. Such as cooking popcorn; our other microwaves had a single button. This unit has steps to follow. Same issue with the speed cooking; switching back and forth from the metal tray and the glass tray is a hassle.
