This case is a very well made one. There are a couple problems though. The charge spot is too small and some chargers i can't fit in the case. Also the earphone cover was loose on both of the cases I got (which were both armor series). I think that may be why water got in a little bit. Very protective against drop and very durable though.

The box prtects the phone extremely well, but i have many people tell me they cant hear me. Also, i am still young and have good hearing and quite often i can't hear what people are saying. the technology for the earpiece and microphone should be improved...and when it is, you will have the perfect case. I once had a Lifeproof and did not experience the same difficulties.

Cons: cant hear other people, people can't hear me

Love that the case is water tight. However, I did drop it once and the back cover came off. The latches were still holding the back just popped out of its channels. I took it apart inspected it cleaned the gasket then put it back together. Now this happened 3 more times. I think the problem is the back where it slides into the channel doesn't have enough material to actually hold it. The gasket itself it very strong, which I also think is why it's so hard to close. Other then that I really think the case is awesome.
Pros: Durable
Cons: back came off

I have the Amor Series Case and it's a very nice case. It's rugged and it absolutely keeps water out. I would definitely recommend the case. I also bought the holster. This is the item that I would not recommend. The clip is not squeezable, so when you insert it into your waist, it's a lot of work to remove the holster. Otter Box, please make a better clip for this holster.

I appreciate the protection the case offers however a few changes could improve the product. When in the belt clip it is so large it catches on things like car doors easliy and seperates at the swivel point. The opening in the hard plastic case is only big enough for the charger cord supplied with phone. Aftermarket cords, even from the apple store will not protrude far enough through the case to charge the phone.
Pros: Durable, durable case
Cons: weak belt clip swivel, opening for charger too small

Great protection, terrible case for a PHONE

This is a great case for protecting your phone. That said, it is a terrible case to have on a PHONE. The reason for that statement is that you cannot be heard by the person you are calling unless you use a way to talk to a microphone outside the case. In other words, unless you are using a headset, Bluetooth or take the phone out of the case, your voice sounds like you are underwater when you talk on the phone. I guess in hindsight that is to be expected, since the case is waterproof.

Cons: can not be heard on the phone

I like the case because it is built to protect the phone, but it is hard to hear out of. In the line of work that I as a Firefighter begin around all the rig or ride to a call. You can hear anything. I normal have to take my phone out of the case to talk to someone, but when I can use my bluetooth headset I do.
