Really love the protection, design, and quality! I wouldn't have a phone without an otter box. The only slight drawback is the added bulk (but that is part of the added protection, and something I can deal with).
Pros: High quality, Durable

Wonderful protection and design.. I absolutely love this case and the money for it is very well spent.. The customer support is awsome....
Only drawback is occasionally someone will complain of voice quality and then I realized to line up mic and speak strongly due to the protection of the case..
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: headset speaker quality seems low on volume

Good sturdy case split open on drops

Case is definitely strong and sturdy. Feels heavy during game play and normal phone use. I got the nerve $$$$ to drop the case with my phone in it from waist high on the corners. Ouch. 2 times out of 2 times the case failed. The corners on the back cover bent slightly $$$$ but worst of all the case split open opposite of the nice metal latches. Once case opens there is no secondary protection. The waterproof is great. Sound is as good as my defender case.
Pros: Durable, sturdy
Cons: notches, teeth

It is a great case. Extremely protective over whatever product is put inside. Have have had this case for almost a year now and the only thing that tends to affect the case is that sometimes the O-Ring lets water in the case. Other than that it is a great case, and very durable.
Pros: High quality, Durable, good designs, good waranty
Cons: the o-ring leaks, the outer rubber gets damaged.

waterproof didn't work on my case and i left my iphone turn off on rice and by miracle it turn on.
also i went to warranty department of otterbox and they sent a replacement.
good my iphone didn't drown.

My two biggest problems have been that the power button doesn't always line up so well...its good now so I'm not going to touch it. The other problem is that the hole in the bottom is too small to fit most Apple and all off brand chargers I've tried. If the hole was just a little wider they all would fit. Screen is great and I haven't tested the water tightness and I hope to never try. It makes the phone bigger and heavier than most but that I don't mind.

This case provides great protection however, there is a space between the screen and the case which makes typing and using the touchscreen a hassle. Also, call quality is terrible and not only could I not hear callers, callers could not hear me. Good case for being out and about, bad for talking or texting but with time you may get used to it. Far too expensive.

This case is tractor proof! As a farmer I needed maximum protection for my phone... I have it and piece of mind in this case. The only draw back I have encountered is that the ports for data/charging and headset are too small for any aftermarket chargers and headphone jacks.
