I had this replaced twice because it leaked. Aftert finally getting the product tested etc, I was on the phone with a client and they could not hear me speaking because of the mic pieces are covered by the plugs.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Low quality

So glad Otterbox made this Armor case. My husband's first smart phone was dropped in the toilet by our preteen within the first week. He has also put quite a few dents in mine over the years. When we bought him his first iphone a few months ago we knew the Armor was needed for our very active and sometimes careless boy. Thanks for making such a great product and for standing behind it. The first Armor case came and it leaked with the water test. Your customer service is the best I've seen in many years. She set up a replacement right away and only asked that I send a picture of the defective one. The replacement is all that Otterbox claims it to be - tough, waterproof and best of all my-son-proof. I'm telling everyone about your product.
Pros: High quality, Durable, looks great. love the color selection.
Cons: just a little bulky but i'm ok with it.

I purchased the armour case for my iphone 5, excellent protection from dropping, dust free and water resistant. What better way to protect your phone. The only gripe I have is that sometimes you really have top press hard on the screen, not sure if this is the protective screen. But overall very happy ......if you want to protect your phone 100% get an otterbox case

This product is really durable and can take about anything. I have had this case for about 1 year now and enjoy the freedom this case gives me. I know if I go near water it is protected and know if I drop it or something happens to my phone at the farm it is protected. The only flaws with the Arctic Armor is the White tends to yellow.

Cons: gets dirty easily, turns yellowish after a while

the armour series does a good job of protecting my galaxy s3, but i have to take the phone out of the case to make a call or else i can't hear the other person very well and they get a terrible echo in return. kind of defeats the purpose of having your phone protected in a case. while searching the current line of cases, i noticed that the armour series is not listed for my phone anymore. apparently i am not the only one with this complaint.
