This case protects the phone better than any I have used in everyway. The down side of the protection makes the case heavy and bulky compared to other cases. I will use it for the protection. I just wish they made a belt clip for it like the defender. I had to start carrying the phone in my pocket which is an issue for me.

Great case and excellent customer service!!
When I dropped it and the corner chipped off it was no longer water or dust proof. They sent me a new case within a few days!
We're farmers and I've lost many phones in water troughs and by dropping them. This phone has lasted longer than all 6 of the other phones I had in the 3 years before this phone because of the case!
Pros: customer service/replacement policy
Cons: a little bulky

I dropped it and it popped open and my phone was sliding across the floor. I returned it, never even tried to put it in water. Very big and bulky. Not a fan.

It may be a little big but the case is great I just wish you guys still had the armor series line in production I guess it's a guy thing

i lost my iphone 5 in this case for 3 months in a canadian winter that included 4 foot of snow and -52 degree c temps then when it was found it still fully works and everything was still the same with no signs of water on the inside
overall i would recomend this case to anyone because it saved my phone BEST CASE IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!

Its too bad you never sorted out the proximity sensor problem as I would have rated this as the best case on the market but all it did was drive me nuts.
However thanks to your excellent customer service the replacement "Defender case", though not as protective works perfectly and is busy saving my phone.
