This phone case is great for protecting my phone. This is the third case that I have had in this line. The first two I had were dropped multiple times, and I never experienced any damage to my phone. The only reason I bought a new case each time was more for looks. The last case I purchased was the Titanium Yellow case, and I was not impressed at all with the color once the case arrived. I wish I would have chosen a different color, but everything else about the case was just the same. The only things I can think of that might be drawbacks to this case would be how large the case is, and also that the ability to hear some phone calls seems to be off at times. I feel like I have to position my ear a certain way in order to hear some of my phone conversations.
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: bulkiness, impaired hearing at times

Fantastic case! Bad holster. The clip broke the first time I "slid" into my daughter's Honda. I love OtterBox and hate to give a bad review, but the "Mil Spec" holster on the Armor Series case is weak. It should withstand more abuse. The belt clip (or even the entire holster) should be made of metal or something more sturdy. I still recommend this company and this case.

Case Is very tough and durable. Love how it is water proof and dust proof. I like how dust and junk don't get under the screen protector. On the other hand the belt clip for the I phone armor case. Are very very cheaply made. I have broke 6 belt clips now in less than 6 months. I hate the clip would not recommend the belt clip to anyone. Not durable at all. I wish they made a belt clip for the armor cases like they have for the defender series. Those clips and 10 times better and don't break. I'm glad that otter box sticks behind there product and will replace them free of charge. Hope they can come up with a better belt clip soon.

There's a gap between the screen protector and the screen. Which causes your typing to be messed up. I wish otter box would fix this issue, but everything else is great about the case. The case can be thrown anywhere, be thrown in water, crushed, and its dirt proof. If the screen protector didn't do that the case would get 5 stars. They should make a armor case with no screen protector and use a o ring to go around the screen instead.

Well designed except the charging port will only accept the Apple cord. To use any of the other universal Apple 5 charging cords you have to cut down the coverings on the cords to fit the port. This could easily be fixed by the design crew of Otter Box.

Bought on-line and the case arrived quickly. I find it funny that when you pay a premium price for a product the company expect you to test the product for waterproofness for yourself. Although it is a very easy test to complete. The instructions are online and not in the box with the product. The LIFEPROOF competitor checks waterproofness before shipping. Although the LIFEPROOF case is hard to open and 2 cases failed to work with my iPhone 5s requiring returns whose shipping cost was not reimbursed. Also the OtterBox case is not specifically designed for the 5s but for the iPhone 5. The directions for the lanyard placement in the instructions need to be corrected. Overall, after having so much difficulty with LIFEPROOF and their returns department the Otter case works easily and is a marked improvement over LIFEPROOF.

I ride motorcycles quite frequently, so i have been caught out in the rain more than once. I love the water protection this case provides. I do not have to worry about the phone when i get caught out in the rain. I also work on cars and my phone has a tendency to take a lot of abuse. This case has held up better than any other case purchase i have made, including other otter box cases.
