I have two different chargers for this case, and neither one will fit in the opening to be able to charge it. Although it is well protected and the quality is great.. the design has a major flaw and I have to send it back.. unless you want to take off the case every time you charge it..

Cons: can't charge with case on.

First thing you notice, the case is big. But phones in general are getting bigger, so it just looks like you have one of the bigger phones. Everything about the case looks to be well make. The sound quality is good, all the buttons work. I've only had the case about 3 weeks, so I don't know about durability. If it holds up for a year or more, I'd most likely buy another one.

I bought the case and the holder that went with it the holder lasted less tham two weeks before the clip that holds it onto my belt broke off,which left the case useless to me..

I love the protection that this product offers my phone. Being a police officer, I'm constantly in an ever changing dynamic situations that can go from good to bad in a heart beat. Having this case means I never have to worry about my phone being broken in any encounter and in the event that I get caught in the rain, I know my phone will stay dry.
Only a few downsides caused me to give 4 Stars instead of 5 on the design:
(1) When making phone calls I've noticed that the sound is quieter (probably because of the waterproofing) and I've been told on a number of occasions that I sound muffled when speaking;
(2) the power/recharge port only fits standard Apple chargers. I have a third party extra charger and it will not fit through the hole cut so I have to trim my chargers to fit. A larger whole would have been nice;
(3) I own the iPhone 5S bought didn't care if I could use the fingerprint technology. This case fit perfectly, but I can't use the fingerprint, which is actually a nice feature. I'm sure with more research and development it'll come; and
(4) the case doesn't allow for optimal touch technology around the edges. Everything still works just find but if its right on the edge of the screen, it can be really tricky.
Now it may seem like a lot of downfalls, but I'm telling you I wouldn't have any other case. Overall this is a 5 Star product and I'm completely satisfied with this product. I look forward to seeing what OtterBox comes out with in the future (I doubt I'll need a new case for years to come however!). So if you're thinking about buying this product, just stop thinking and buy it. You will not regret the security and piece of mind it offers.

Might as well put my phone in a waterproof metal box. The first armor I received you could not hear, could not use the back button and the proximity sensitivity didn't work. Contacted Otterbox, customer service was great, received a replacement.
Good news, I can now hear my conversations, and proximity sensitivity works most of the time. Bad new the back/return button is unusable as is the case. Bottom line, too much time, too much money, lesson learned.
