This otterbox armor case is great. It is the best case I've ever had. I no longer have to worry about my phone breaking at all. This case is waterproof, dustproof, shockproof, and crushproof.

Great case but did not work for me. As a pool man I am looking for a waterproof case. However, the only disadvantage to the case is that it only accepts Apple Chargers. I'm never in one place so I have chargers in my home, personal cars, work vehicle, and office and only have one Apple charger. I can't take the phone out of the case every time I need to charge it. Come on Otterbox build the Armor and Preserver Waterproof Case for the real world, not Apple's world.

Cons: only accepts apple charger

This cover is excellent as far as protection,you never have to worry about your phone, but it does muffle the incoming call volume making difficult to hear at times. Also because of the thickness of screen protector, sometimes makes it hard to get response from phone when you touch screen. Other than that cover fulfills all claims.

The Otter Box does what I purchased it to do...it protects my iPhone. I have dropped my iPhone more times than I can count and it still works and looks like the day I purchased it. However, 3 of the 4 Otter Boxes broke down after about 6-8 months. The reason the last one didn't break down? It's brand new. So, yes I will buy another. And yes, I will recommend OtterBox to friends. In fact, I have given them away as gifts. The break downs occur where they get the most use: 1) The top-left, rubber corner (it gets the most use). Every Otter Box has broken down here. I tears.
2) The bottom rubber panel. This area covers the power adapter port. The rubber in this area stretches and then it's a battle to keep it seated and flush with the rest of the exterior.

I recently bought 3 of them for our field crew. The cases are good, but they the voice is too low. This product is designed for the field, but you know there will be lot of noise outside, it is heard to hear. They are having problem of call dropping too. we have to buy only IPhone chargers, no 3rd party chargers. The gap is too small. It can fit only the iPhone ones.

at first i though i was gonna have to return it lol my charger cord didnt fit but luckily i had another one.the one that came with my phone didnt fit cause the cord was to wide to fit while the phone was in the case but i had another one that wasnt.but now i love the case its the best one iv ever had
