Your customer service is outstanding, however, I am waiting to
see how this, (my third case) holds up. I purchased the case for the
advertised protection against water damage. I spent more than
I normally would have for that feature. The outside of the case does not hold up well, the rubber on top, next to the metal shreds off. I guess maybe that strip of rubber is not strong enough. I used each case about three months before the
problem appeared, I had the neon lime case, so I am hoping by chance, the neon orange one will last longer.

The overall design protects your phone from anything; being eaten by snakes to crushing by falling asteroids. But it also turns the iPhone into a very big brick. Ok, you take the hit going in because if your looking for serious protection THIS IS IT! Now the bad. If you're going to put it in a pack or a big cargo pocket your all set to go. But forget the holster they want to sell you for this. The design is so poor it really is nothing more than the open scabbard you're going to put it in before you loose it for good. If this is serious protection why would you use little tiny mangnets? I used it once and tossed it in the trash.

Cons: garbage hoster

Hi, I have had your case for a bit now and I have found that it is set up backwards. The screen should be facing the back of the present design . It would serve two purposes one it would make the case fit in your hand because the tapered edges will set in the palm of your hand better and allow easier use of phone. two it would allow for the phone to be set on the edge and you could use it for viewing movie ,videos etc..
Pros: Durable
Cons: not egonmicly correct

We purchased this case after reading on the product website about how great it would be to protect the phone and so far its done well at that. Unfortunately the materials used to build the case are of such poor quality that the "white" sections have discoloured to yellow within 2 weeks of sun exposure.
Its such a shame that Otterbox saved money on materials and produced something that is UV sensitive.
