Awesome product, with design flaws

As always, Otterbox performed well in producing a product that will protect the phone from the elements. It feels and looks very strong and well built. The downside is that the iphone plug-in will not fit in the slot they designed for it. Nor will your armor case fit well within the holster accessory.....The flap will not close properly, leaving you quite frustrated after such a huge investment. It's like it was rushed into production before Christmas. I'm assuming these issues will be worked out in time; However, those of us the most loyal took the biggest hit with a product not quite up to what we have learned are Otterbox standards.
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: rushed into production leaving significant gaps

The most tuff case i never had.The toughest case ever built for sure..... I am a power lineman i work with every kind of weather, rain, snow, ice, mud, sand, grease. My iphone look like brand new like i just unbox it !!!! A +++++++

This case does protect my iPhone but i am unable to access the side button where i can immediately silence phone. It has a small groove to fit the button but not able to move button. I am also not able to use the fingerprint log on feature.
Pros: Durable
Cons: can't use mute button can't use fingerprint feat

Best case on the market

I purchased this case at the same time that I purchased my phone. It has been on the entire time. Why, I work in Afghanistan. I can't think of a worse place for cell phones. Everything on the phone is accessible and works just as it would out of a case.
Pros: indestructible
Cons: the optional holster is freakishly huge

I bought this case as a replacement for an OtterBox Defender Series that had done it's job perfectly but was showing the wear and tear of living a hard life. The included belt clip had long since broken and the rubber outer cover was missing chunks of rubber from various impacts. I bought an Armor Series primarily for the water resistance since I spend quite a bit of time on the water. When the case arrived I was very happy with the look, fit, and finish of the product. I was in love for the first several hours until it was time to charge my phone. I opened the cover for the charging port to find an o-ring seal nicely protecting a charging port that was too small for my charger to fit through. I tried several chargers from different manufacturers including and original Apple charging cord and none of them would fit. I put my old Defender back on. The old warrior will just have to continue doing a job well done a little while longer.

Cons: can not charge in case
