Once the phone was in the case and hooked closed, the touch screen was hard to access. I Had to place a think piece of paper between the phone and the back of case in order to be able to access the touch screen and it still has trouble. Other then that I love the rest of the functions especially the ability to access the phone without unhooking many protective coverings.
Pros: High quality, Durable, easy access to phone
Cons: touch screen not accessible, hard to use the output
I put a papertowel inside and put it in a bowl of water to test that it was waterproof. It floated and the papertowel stayed dry. That's great. The down side is that you sacrifice a lot on the sound and the shatterproof screen makes it difficult for the iPhone to respond to the touchscreen.
Well built product, a lot bigger then the defender series. Can say it is waterproof without the phone in it but dont really want to play with testing with the phone inside the case but Im sure it will keep the phone dry. One thing I do not like is that there is a huge air bubble (or something) preventing the screen protector from touching the screen of the phone. Making it hard to see the screen in outside and making texting hard at points
I like the protection that the armor case provides although it is quite bulky. What I don't like is you cannot plug your phone in without taking it out of its case. It has the hole in bottom to use but it is to small. I thought is was a defect but they sent me a new one with same problem.
I love this case, Otter Box has always been my first choice to protect my iPhone and iPad. They manufacture quality products, that look great and function well for my on the go life style. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to protect their investment
Take to beach, pool, hike, daily, kayak. You name it. It is not tiny but for adventures and someone with kids it is great
Pros: High quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everyone in my family has an otterbox of some sort so when my teenage son wanted the armor series we thought it would be a worthwhile investment. We were wrong! You can't hear or understand him when he talks on the phone. He has to open the case every time....certainly defeats the purpose and cost of the case.
