A huge step up from my old monitor. Way to go levana keeping up with the technology expectations of your customers. I love the the clear picture and the tilt and zoom. When my little one starts to move out of sight I can adjust the camera right from my bed.

This product has given us a great peace of mind. The sound and clarity are of excellent quality. Very easy and simple to use and the battery lasts a long time. We are very happy with this product and would highly recommend it.

Not Sure... Still trying to figure it out

After researching video monitors, this one looks to be one of the best with night vision and a good range, zoom, etc. When we first hooked it up it was working fine, but once our baby arrived, I turned it on and the picture was fuzzy - unable to make out baby. I tried to re-set the camera/monitor and no luck. So, with a 3 week baby I am trying to research what this problem may be. I am frustrated the monitor did not come with a manual, so after three days of trying to download the manual, I now have it, but am not having much luck. So, we may be trying customer support. I hope it works out....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Picture Quality

Screen size and video quality set this monitor apart from others.
Only complaint is that this monitor and our Summer Infant monitor interfere with each other when the monitors are next to each other. When this happens the Summer Infant works perfectly and the Levana loses signal.
